Do not ship exhibit materials directly to the Philadelphia Convention Center to arrive prior to Tuesday, September 23, 2008, as they do not have the facilities for receiving and storing advance exhibit materials. Your shipment will be refused prior to that date.  

All shipments must be prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted.

 

NASPL '08 Trade Show

The North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) is once again holding a combined Conference and Trade Show that will unite the North American lottery industry! The NASPL '08 Trade Show is a unique show; in that it is large enough to represent the entire lottery industry, yet intimate enough for exhibitors to have access to all attendees. Reserve Your Exhibit Space Now!
Your early response ensures the best possible selection of available booth space. Once the booth application is completed, a tentative floor plan and contract will be provided to you, where you will indicate your space choices. Locations on the trade show floor are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The show management company, Brede, will provide freight, booth decoration, and customs assistance (if required). Detailed information is included in the on-line exhibitor manual. All participating exhibitors receive a link, via e-mail, upon submission of the signed contract and payment. Booth space will not be held until the NASPL office receives the signed contract with payment.

In 2006, 42 organizations exhibited at the NASPL ‘06 Trade Show. The show represented a total of 121 10’ x 10’ foot booth spaces.

NASPL '08 Exhibitor Listing
Each delegate upon check-in at the conference will receive an Exhibitor Booklet. All exhibiting organizations will have their booth numbers and a breif company description printed in this booklet. It will also contain the floorplan with booth numbers and the corresponding organization.
